VASI Cookout 7 March. 11-2 Main Gate.   Nick’s famous tube steaks and sliders. Get together with old and new airport friends, lots of new pilots on the airport. Meet the new VASI President- Larry Taborsky. Larry is a 10,000 + hour SE, ME, ATP, CFI, CFII, with extensive military, civil government (North Dakota State Aviation Director) and commercial (GA & Part 135) flight experience.

VASI Membership Meeting 18 March-All meetings 7PM. Venice City Hall Council Chambers. Meetings open to the public. Bring your friends and neighbors. Final VASI Meeting until next fall.

Collings Foundation War Birds Visit: Congratulations and thanks to Dennis Flood and EAA Chapter 1285 for a great Collings Foundation visit. EAA and VASI volunteers did a great job. Thanks once again to Suncoast Air Center for the generous use of ramp space and access that made this a spectacular event.
