28 May Final Report: Special Events Area
Atkins was commissioned to conduct a Special Events Area Study at Venice Muni to look at, among other things, safety concerns with respect to crowd assemblage in the proximity of airport operations. A draft was released in March with comment from stakeholders shortly afterward. The final report was released May 6 and was a topic of discussion at the May 27 City Council Meeting.
