Dear Venice Aviation Society:

I hope you are doing well.  I am writing to let you know that thanks to your support, we were able to raise enough funds for our first Chapter scholarship.  This scholarship allowed a young woman complete the hours needed towards earning her ATP.

We are excited for our upcoming events.  We are hosting our second Flight Companion Seminar November 3^rd.  We are also working in conjunction with the Education Foundation of Sarasota County, to host October 3^rd and 4rd our first Career Exploration at the Sarasota Airport with a local High Schools.  In addition, we are organizing a Poker Run January 2019.

Recently, we started once a month IFR Case Scenarios Pilot Workshops with a few members that are interested on watching the videos and having a round table discussion, anyone is welcome.
